Support day-to-day marketing operations including event coordination, social media maintenance, creating printed and digital collateral, lead generation and database management, collecting and reporting marketing data, and collaborating with departments to meet marketing needs.

Develop and implement marketing and community engagement strategy. Plan, manage, and execute campaigns across digital, video, social, print, apparel, and in-person events. Coordinate messaging, timelines, standards, and provide guidance on marketing goals and outreach activities.

Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations, supervise IT staff, lead projects and vendor relationships, ensure security, HIPAA compliance, and reliable operation of EMR, EVV, CareVoyant and Microsoft 365 tools, and provide training and disaster recovery planning.

Lead and manage all financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and accounting operations. Develop financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and capital strategies; oversee payroll, AP/AR, month-end close, auditors, banks and investors; build and mentor the finance team; implement systems to improve financial operations and provide strategic analysis to executive leadership.

Support full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, process background checks, update recruitment/onboarding materials, partner with hiring managers, provide HR administrative support, and assist with wellness and recognition initiatives while maintaining office schedule.
