Provides administrative and technical support for the Risk Management department, including claims and incident report processing, certificate of insurance tracking, records maintenance, correspondence, invoicing, loss-run reviews, reporting, meeting coordination, and compliance documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, confidentiality, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with risk, safety, liability, and regulatory concepts.

Processes and reconciles accounts receivable transactions, prepares invoices and aging reports, researches billing issues, handles credit card disputes, maintains cash receipt records, and updates subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger. The role also supports refunds, communicates with customers and internal departments, and ensures compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Supervises the Workforce Planning team, overseeing staffing schedules, leave requests, call-outs, workload balancing, and timely schedule delivery. Partners with department leaders to optimize staffing and labor efficiency, adjusts workforce needs for events and reservations, supports hiring and employee development, prepares reports, and audits roster data for cost savings while ensuring policy and collective bargaining compliance.

Manage casino revenue accounting, ensure regulatory compliance (Title 31, SOX), prepare and review financial and audit reports, oversee month-end close, reconcile revenue and cash variances, facilitate audits, implement policies and controls, and lead hiring and development for casino accounting staff.

Build and maintain relationships with premium casino guests to drive retention and gaming revenue. Provide exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, manage comps and marker authorizations, solicit loyalty program enrollment, coordinate guest travel and hospitality, conduct telemarketing and floor contact, and support casino marketing events and promotions.
