Build and maintain independent agency relationships across Western Pennsylvania, promote property and casualty insurance products, identify sales opportunities, educate agencies on coverage and quoting processes, and support profitable book-of-business growth. The role also coordinates with internal teams, assists with marketing campaigns and presentations, tracks pipeline activity, attends industry and networking events, and monitors insurance market and regulatory trends.

Oversee all P&C claims operations, ensure timely and proper handling of property and liability claims, review and approve large losses, make coverage determinations, set and enforce claim-handling guidelines, and manage internal staff plus independent adjusters and attorneys.
