Develops and manages consumer, small business, and commercial banking relationships; advises customers on deposits, lending, treasury, and cash management solutions; grows loans, deposits, referrals, and fee income through networking and community involvement. Maintains a relationship portfolio, supports loan origination, monitors compliance and credit concerns, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with internal banking teams. Requires regular customer and prospect outreach and occasional travel within the local market.

Collects and validates HMDA and CRA data, reviews loan files, creates Regulation B adverse action files, maintains audit documentation, supports CRA reporting, and assists with compliance audits and regulatory exams. The role requires accurate manual documentation review, regulatory knowledge, data tracking, and coordination with Compliance, Loan Operations, and Lending teams.

Processes deposit operations accurately, including data entry, master-file maintenance, customer correspondence, incoming mail and faxes, wire-transfer disbursements, card and check orders, and daily balancing. Provides administrative and customer support to call center staff, affiliates, and internal and external customers while following financial institution policies and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Support TM Relationship Manager across sales, implementation, and client relationship management. Prepare proposals, BPRs, pricing proformas, and reviews; analyze client financials and portfolio trends to identify revenue and cross-sell opportunities; coordinate implementations and annual TM reviews; ensure client satisfaction and resolve revenue leakage. Participate in TM events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth.
