Leads commercial construction contract review, negotiation, risk management, billing, collections, lien compliance, insurance programs, project closeout, and contract systems administration. Manages and develops the contract administration team, partners with legal, accounting, project management, and estimators, oversees construction billing platforms, tracks KPIs, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve cash flow.

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; manage cash flow, ABL lender compliance, project-level profitability, and financial modeling. Advise executive team and private equity sponsor, build a high-performing finance team, and drive strategic planning, M&A modeling, and operational KPI analysis across a multi-site contract-based business.

Manage glazing projects end-to-end including estimating, purchasing, scheduling, installation and construction administration. Build client and contractor relationships, prepare submittals, coordinate staffing and resources, maintain product/vendor knowledge, and collaborate with installation teams. Travel required.

Lead multiple large-scale commercial glazing projects ($3M–$15M) from award to closeout. Manage client relationships, schedules, submittals, budgets, testing, and risk mitigation. Mentor junior PMs and coordinate fabrication, installation, and closeout to protect margins.

Sell residential and commercial glass and glazing solutions: engage customers, measure and estimate jobs, close sales, order materials, schedule and oversee installation, and meet sales and margin goals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, build and maintain customer relationships, follow up to close sales and generate referrals, manage time effectively, stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques, and comply with company safety policies.
