Lead finance for a PE-backed multi-location company: own accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, treasury, audits, POC revenue recognition, investor/board reporting, M&A diligence and integration, and build/lead a high-performing finance team while improving systems and KPIs.

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and lender reporting. Build financial models, analyze project profitability and KPIs, produce executive and Board reporting, manage finance team, support M&A and sponsor relations, ensure GAAP compliance and treasury operations.

Sell residential and commercial glass and glazing solutions: engage customers, measure and estimate jobs, close sales, order materials, schedule and oversee installation, and meet sales and margin goals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead glazing projects from estimating and bidding through procurement, scheduling, installation, and construction administration. Build client and contractor relationships, prepare submittals, manage staffing and resources, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Coordinate with installation teams and maintain product/vendor knowledge. Travel required.

Drive new commercial glazing business by prospecting GCs, architects, developers, and construction managers; pursue bids and RFPs; build and maintain a qualified pipeline; attend pre-bid meetings and industry events; collaborate with estimating and project teams to prepare competitive bids; manage full sales cycle through contract award and handoff; maintain Salesforce records and provide pipeline forecasts.
