Design, build, and maintain executive-level BI dashboards and visualizations for program and business metrics. Lead data and comparative analyses, implement data streams and analytics workflows, design and document BI systems, and maintain the Salesforce Data Cloud environment. Manage ETL, APIs, data governance, project lifecycle, Fonteva/Salesforce administration, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to drive data-driven decision-making. Manage logistics for the APA Annual Meeting and Wellness Conference, including housing, transportation, vendor contracts, RFPs, on-site operations, billing reconciliation, and staff/vendor coordination. Develop procedures, oversee special group housing and events, produce meeting guides and specification books, supervise temporary event staff, and provide regular financial and operational reporting.

Manage planning and execution of the APA Annual Meeting and Mental Health Services Conference: create and track work plans, enforce timelines and budgets, coordinate committees and faculty, manage abstract database, ensure ACCME compliance, provide onsite support, and assist Director with administrative and operational procedures.
