Create and produce print, digital, video, and multimedia marketing materials that support the hospital district's brand and communications. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and internal departments, maintain brand consistency, update website/intranet content, and support community events and recruitment. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality design, photography, animation, and video assets. Online portfolio required.

Provide high-level administrative support to IT leadership including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and minutes, project tracking, recruiting support, timecard/PTO processing, reporting, inventory and purchase request preparation, and other day-to-day IT departmental operations to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
