Door-to-door Sales Account Executive responsible for selling residential fiber internet by canvassing neighborhoods, knocking ~65 doors/day, achieving sales quotas, building customer relationships, and using company training and AI-enabled sales tools. Must work outdoors in all seasons, drive within a territory, and support team culture.

Design, develop, and implement network automation solutions for GPON/XGS-PON and IP multi-vendor environments. Lead scripting (Python, Go), CI/CD pipelines, integrations, documentation, mentoring, and automation of provisioning, monitoring, and reporting to boost operational efficiency.

Design and manage outside plant (OSP) engineering projects for fiber networks, including cable sizing/counts, permitting, ROWs, as-builts, construction coordination, cost estimating, and cross-functional support.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor partnering with sales to analyze needs, design networking/cloud/security solutions, produce RFP responses, SOWs, and presentations, and drive technical conversations to win business and ensure delivery.

Designs and engineers outside plant fiber projects, manages construction and permitting, coordinates with utilities and agencies, maintains cable records and as-builts, prepares cost estimates and supports cross-functional teams for network growth and upgrades.

Own and operate production data pipelines and scheduled workflows supporting billing, analytics, and reporting. Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond on-call to incidents; implement data quality checks, SOX controls, and pragmatic modernization. Improve orchestration, automate manual steps, optimize data models and infrastructure, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead operational planning, sequencing, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination for large-scale fiber build programs. Translate strategy into weekly plans, track thousands of project milestones, surface risks and blockers, support MDU program development, standardize build approaches, and maintain program documentation in tracking systems while driving accountability across engineering, permitting, construction, operations and vendors.
