Lead and develop a used-vehicle sales team, train and coach salespeople, manage and optimize inventory and sales processes, track and report performance metrics, collaborate with departments and vendors, resolve customer concerns, and uphold dealership professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Greet and guide customers, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with financing and sales paperwork, merchandise and inspect the lot, build rapport, handle objections, and deliver professional sales presentations.
