Serve as lead legal and compliance executive for the organization: manage contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, OIG, OSHA, state rules), risk management, investigations, policy development, contract management, and support M&A and corporate transactions while advising executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Provide paralegal drafting, legal research, document preparation and contract review; coordinate legal department operations including filing, contract database maintenance, inboxes, calendaring, and project tracking. Support General Counsel on HIPAA BAA drafting, contracts, compliance, risk, and litigation matters.
