Support and maintain corporate network across 35+ sites with a focus on telecom/voice. Lead troubleshooting, implementation and management of ACD/PBX, call recording, SIP trunking, carrier provisioning, VLAN/DNS/firewall configuration, patching, cabling, rack-and-stack, vendor coordination, and strategic planning for telecom/voice integrations and upgrades.

Develop SDI demos for sales/marketing, create troubleshooting guides, perform Linux system administration, patching, scripting, automation, and manage 24/7 operational environments and shared storage.

Develop customer-directed applications: gather requirements with technical customers, plan high-level architecture, coordinate with developers, implement code to specifications, and track and resolve software defects. Work involves full-stack technologies including Java/Spring, Node.js, Angular, HTML5 and prototyping for mobile.

Develop C# WinForms desktop applications and firmware-related software, implement USB/serial communications and XML data handling, work with customers to define requirements, design high-level architecture, coordinate with developers, and track/resolve defects. Requires Anaplan experience.

Develop and convert GUI forms using WPF and C#, integrating visual controls with low-level hardware control libraries. Work within N-tier .NET applications, support data visualization, use source control, and interface with lab/test equipment over buses like GPIB, I2C, RS-232, USB. Participate in agile/Scrum practices.

Develop, extract and analyze data to create reports and dashboards using SQL (Oracle). Translate user reporting needs into sustainable code and actionable insights. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Initial 3-month contract with likely quarterly extensions. Note: cannot work with H-1B visa holders or third-party represented candidates.
