Enter and research data across systems and tracking tools in a high-volume environment. Identify, assess, and resolve standard and non-standard issues, escalate when needed, and communicate client requests. Maintain accuracy, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and follow organizational processes. Must pass background and drug screen.

Manage procurement transactions including price negotiations, purchase order creation, order tracking, and dispute resolution. Develop content within the Duck Creek application, adapt methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems, exercise judgment on solutions, align work with senior management strategy, and interact with supervisors, peers, and client or internal management. Policy experience is a plus.

Develop and execute the communications plan: segment audiences, manage monthly content cascade, create stakeholder communications, coordinate with client teams and third-party vendors, and operate effectively in a fully virtual global environment.

Provide on-site PC and Dell laptop hardware break/fix support across Manhattan and Brooklyn, build and repair desktops/laptops, complete product training and Dell certification exams, communicate professionally via email and phone, and pass drug/background checks.

Support automatic flight control systems (autopilot, yaw damper, flight director, thrust management, stall protection) through requirements definition, model development, lab testing, verification/validation, and avionics debugging in simulation and hardware-in-the-loop environments.

Analyze and interpret customer and business data using aggregation, statistical analysis, and data mining. Perform ETL: extract, cleanse, standardize customer data from ERP systems and load into Salesforce. Work with clients and project leads to identify analytical requirements and maintain business solutions under general supervision.

Develop and modify custom Jive templates for Jive 6.0 using Soy and Freemarker. Translate requirements and wireframes into front-end code (JavaScript), ensuring attention to detail and clear communication.
