Perform high-volume data entry and retrieval, verify and audit entered data for accuracy, respond to information requests, produce standard correspondence, file and archive documents, proofread and edit work, and escalate issues or coordinate small team tasks as needed.

Develop and support Hyperion FDM/FDMEE and HFM solutions, perform upgrades (11.1.2.3+), build FDM mappings and data load rules, automate integrations with Oracle EBS GL, write Jython or VBScript and PL/SQL, support consolidation processes, and coordinate with business and technical teams. Manage monthly accounting for one company code including accruals, reconciliations, and close activities. Analyze and clear transactions in clearing accounts, support year-end financial and tax reporting, and assist with grant receivable maintenance. Provide accounting interpretation and implement financial processes.

Perform Record-to-Report activities including preparing and posting journal entries, reviewing balance sheet and P&L for errors, ensuring SOX compliance, executing month/quarter-end close tasks (accruals, prepaid releases, bank postings), preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting ad hoc requests for senior finance managers.

Design and implement embedded software for microprocessors using C/C++. Develop and optimize code for constrained processors, write unit tests and test plans, and perform low-level firmware optimizations. Collaborate on embedded system design and debugging.

Maintain and support web services, Windows services, web applications, SQL databases and stored procedures. Certify environment upgrades, provide production support, and code/test fixes for production issues. Assist with project initiatives and collaborate with distributed teams; midrange/mainframe familiarity helpful.

Provide Tier 1 payroll issue resolution for Kraft Heinz: respond to customer inquiries via phone/written channels, troubleshoot processing issues, use MS Office (advanced Excel), assist with training and process improvements, and manage workload independently during required Central Time coverage.

Prepare, sort, scan, index, QC and archive client documents. Operate scanning equipment, create work batches, resolve client queries, perform basic system admin tasks, update process docs, and meet SLAs. Must pass background and drug screen.
