Support instructional design and content development for learning programs using LMS and authoring tools. Assist with testing, editing for accessibility, video production, storyboards, and course coordination. Collaborate with project managers to meet schedules and handle logistics for training delivery.

Administer and maintain development/test and production Oracle databases, including installation, backup/recovery, high-availability configurations, performance tuning, and scripting to support large-scale systems.

Responsible for record-to-report tasks including preparing and posting journal entries, performing high-level B/S and P/L reviews, SOX compliance support, bank reconciliations, and executing month-end/quarter-end close activities (accruals, prepaid releases, bank postings). Provide development support for Test Master Data Management products (OERDB, QTIM, TestCenter). Develop Java JEE web applications and SOAP/REST web services. Work with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, packages, SQL Loader), Linux/UNIX shell scripting, XML; HL7 experience preferred. Participate in Agile development.

Analyze and interpret customer and business data using aggregation, statistical analysis, and data mining. Perform ETL: extract, cleanse, standardize customer data from ERP systems and load into Salesforce. Work with clients and project leads to identify analytical requirements and maintain business solutions under general supervision.

Design and develop ETL processes using Ab Initio with at least four years' experience. Work with DB2, Teradata, and Oracle databases. Knowledge of MQ and MDM is a plus. Must pass background and drug screening.

Provide reliability engineering support including reliability predictions, component stress analyses, FMECA, and FRACA leadership. Assess hardware designs and hardware/software interactions, perform quantitative reliability and trade studies, lead failure investigations and corrective actions, and communicate with program teams and customers to recommend reliability improvements.

Perform high-volume data entry and research across systems and tracking tools, identify and resolve standard and non-standard issues, escalate when needed, communicate client requests, and maintain accuracy and organization.
