Lead and manage the City of Charlotte PeopleSoft upgrade and related tools projects. Drive planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and testing. Support accounts payable processing in a service center: accurately enter invoices into SAP or Oracle PeopleSoft, resolve vendor invoicing questions and ticket requests, handle complex issue resolution, and manage client relationships.

Create, publish, and maintain high-quality reference and conceptual product documentation and UI messaging. Collaborate with engineers, support, and product management to document new features, provide editing for external communications, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Configure AACG segregation-of-duty rules using Oracle AACG rule library, Accenture SOD models, and client controls. Gather RBAC requirements and configure RBAC via Oracle User Management. Work with Oracle EBS roles, responsibilities and MOAC. Must pass background and drug screen.
