Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger activities, financial reporting, and cash-flow updates across multiple business entities. Process payroll through ADP, maintain accurate financial records, handle invoices and payments, resolve account discrepancies, support tax documentation, and coordinate with leadership, HR, vendors, clients, and external CPAs. The role requires strong QuickBooks and ADP proficiency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and independent deadline management.

Lead brand strategy and execution for a multi-unit restaurant chain, driving awareness, guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Oversee digital marketing, social media, events, new store launches, partnerships, loyalty, and in-restaurant programs. Partner cross-functionally, manage budgets and marketing team, measure ROI, and travel frequently to support openings and market expansion.

Provide high-level executive and operational support including calendar and travel management, correspondence, meeting materials, onboarding and HR support, contract and lease administration, document control, payroll assistance, vendor and client coordination, and company-wide operational projects while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
