Perform solution deployment, PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting, monitoring, and backup/restore. Work with DBAs, service desk, architects, and lead onsite/offshore teams in an onsite Irvine delivery model.

Design and build SAP HANA information models (attribute, analytic, calculation views); convert business requirements and KPIs into technical blueprints; configure metadata import and SAP Data Services; validate reports against ECC; perform testing (unit, integration, system, UAT); create analytics privileges, mappings, schemas, and SQL-based functions; present and demo reports to business users.

Lead migration from on-premises Clarity to CA Clarity cloud: define PPM requirements, design/configure Clarity, develop workflows/integrations (SAP, Rally), manage testing/training/implementation, and provide team leadership across multiple delivery groups.

Serve as a Salesforce/CRM functional SME: write BRDs and functional specs, perform feasibility/gap/RCA analyses, design solutions, oversee implementation and testing, coordinate with project managers, conduct business analysis and group facilitation. Healthcare/insurance call center experience and SFDC implementation experience are beneficial.

Administer and monitor SharePoint 2010/2013 farms, manage site collections and user access, troubleshoot issues, liaise with Windows, IIS and SQL Server teams, and assist users with site setup and onboarding.
