Design, build and maintain Selenium-based automated tests and a hybrid automation framework; develop and debug WebDriver scripts; use Selenium RC and Grid; integrate with Jenkins/Maven; manage code in Subversion; participate in all phases of the software testing life cycle (STLC).

Lead major incident management using ITIL practices: run major incidents, communicate with customers, produce Major Incident Reports, and design/deploy incident management processes and documentation.

Design, develop, and test software enhancements; coordinate with QA; develop system alternatives with users; prepare program and user documentation; oversee development and maintenance across the SDLC; assist in requirements review and program design; analyze processes and suggest improvements.

Implement, configure and customize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) / CC&B solutions. Perform full-lifecycle implementations, coding, documentation, algorithm customization, batch processing, data interfaces and migrations. Work with STRUTS, WSIF, Utility Application Framework and Java. Apply billing domain knowledge across accounts, rates/pricing, billing and payments and design typical extensions and critical setups within the RMB technical architecture.

Develop end-to-end applications using .NET/C#. Build SSIS packages and design database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, triggers). Apply strong OOP principles, solve problems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
