The role safeguards confidential information, supports special projects, and collaborates across departments while maintaining accurate financial and payroll operations.

The Controller leads day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, cash management, payroll, audits, tax filings, and internal controls across multiple nonprofit entities. The role supervises accounting and development financial functions, maintains accounting systems and fixed asset records, analyzes financial data, supports software integration, and partners with the CFO and auditors.
