Lead financial strategy, operations, and compliance for a nonprofit health and social services organization. Oversee accounting, budgeting, cash management, grant and revenue cycle finance, FQHC/HRS A compliance and reporting, audits, and financial risk management. Advise CEO and Board, manage finance team, and support FQHC designation and healthcare reimbursement functions.

Manage financial oversight, compliance, reporting, and monitoring for all grant-funded activities. Track grant expenditures in the General Ledger, reconcile revenues and expenses, prepare budget-to-actual analyses, ensure payroll allocations and time-and-effort reporting, support grant budgeting and forecasting, prepare reimbursement requests and reports, maintain audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with Development, Program, Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to ensure grant compliance.
