Support engineering projects for nuclear rotating equipment design, manufacturing, and refurbishment. Perform design, testing, and calculations; assist with CAD drawings/models; support process improvements; produce technical reports and documentation; collaborate with quality and manufacturing and follow LEAN, ESH, and quality systems.

Manage representative and distribution firms across the Midwest to achieve new unit and service revenue, pricing, and forecast goals. Develop partner strategies, run monthly performance meetings, drive pipeline development, attend field appointments, resolve major customer issues, represent the company at trade shows, and report market feedback to senior management.

Provide technical support to sales teams, perform technical analysis of product configurations, and determine customer-specific pricing. Investigate and analyze problems, escalate and verify solutions with senior engineers. Role is aimed at early-career professionals.

Lead and develop national and regional sales managers for the Pulp & Paper market, own direct corporate accounts, set and execute annual sales plans, analyze market trends, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets.
