Provide administrative HR support including maintaining HRIS employee records, processing status changes and benefits enrollments, conducting I-9 audits, handling employee inquiries, preparing reports, assisting with insurance and unemployment matters, and maintaining HR forms and job postings. Supports HR director and performs other duties as assigned.

Advise executive leadership on data strategy and deliver automated reporting and analytics. Design and maintain enterprise BI models, semantic layers, and KPIs. Enforce Power BI standards, optimize data warehouse and ETL workflows, integrate diverse data sources, ensure data quality and governance, use embedded AI/ML for predictive insights, and present findings to executives. Lead training to raise data literacy and support strategic projects.

Manage full accounts payable lifecycle: receive, verify, and process invoices (Procurify and ERP), run check/electronic payments, maintain vendor records, prepare 1099s and year-end schedules, perform month-end reconciliations, maintain AP filing/archiving, train backups, and maintain SOPs.
