Supports the Controller with financial transaction collection, month-end close, account maintenance, accounting records, internal audits, compliance, reporting, and special projects. The role requires proficiency with Sage Intacct and Excel, strong organization and communication skills, confidentiality, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least three years of related experience, or an associate degree with five years of equivalent experience.

Proactively source, engage, and hire candidates through cold calling, social media, job fairs, and networking. Travel across NY State for recruitment events, manage ATS records, coordinate interviews, meet outreach and hiring benchmarks, report recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies.

Deliver interactive in-person and virtual training, manage LMS and eLearning initiatives, assist with curriculum development and evaluation, support audit preparation, and travel within the CCO geography to conduct trainings and onboarding.
