Develop and implement photolithography processes for next-generation magnetic recording heads, design and run experiments, analyze data to improve yield, qualify new tools, implement process control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while overseeing process technicians and ensuring manufacturing readiness and safety compliance.

Designs, implements, and supports network and server infrastructure. Manages network devices, patches, firmware, capacity planning, virtualization (VMWare), Windows and Linux servers, security updates, and vendor/system access. Monitors network health, documents changes, partners with teams on IT projects, and maintains compliance and operational reliability.

Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers in a thin-film wafer fab. Oversee equipment selection, installation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, preventative maintenance, tool data analysis, project management, and QMS compliance to improve yield, reliability, and lower operational costs.

Ensure quality of production and prototype magnetic recording heads via SPC data analysis, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations. Create reports, recommend corrective actions, collaborate with design and manufacturing on process characterization and wafer process changes, and present findings to stakeholders. Onsite role in Milpitas, CA.

Develop, sustain, and support advanced thin film processes (PMR, TAMR, writer areas) for new and prototype products. Design and run wafer experiments, analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and transition processes to production. Create and maintain process documentation, train operators, partner with equipment/maintenance and cross-functional teams to improve yield, reduce cost, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Support and optimize day-to-day photolithography manufacturing processes to improve yield and reliability. Design and run experiments, perform SPC/DOE analysis, conduct root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce cost and cycle time.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and desktop applications. Diagnose network issues, escalate complex problems, coordinate small projects, and follow safety and cleanroom procedures. Night-shift role in Milpitas, CA.

Lead process integration and wafer-level characterization for next-generation thin film recording head technologies.
