Greet customers, answer phones/texts/emails, direct visitors to appropriate staff, update customer records and spreadsheets, assist scheduling sales appointments, manage outgoing mail, and support sales team and customer retention processes.

Process and post AP invoices, manage AR and customer payments, prepare account statements, assist reconciliations and check runs, maintain financial records, and support the Controller and accounting team.
