Supports used equipment valuation, follows dealer sales processes, and delivers customer-focused service to strengthen loyalty and dealer reputation.

Support sales and customers in precision agriculture by promoting hardware/software (Operations Center), running regional demos, preparing test plots, supporting product trials, and training staff and customers to drive technology adoption and profitability.

Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales and margin targets, identify new prospects, manage used equipment valuation and listings, coordinate with stores/parts/service, document customer interactions, and support product performance and technology solutions to drive regional sales.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, campus and internship programs, employer branding, and recruiting operations. Source, screen, and recommend candidates; build partnerships with schools and community organizations; track ATS and Paycom records and recruiting metrics; support onboarding and workforce development; travel frequently within the trade region.

Lead and coach a regional sales team to achieve profitability and growth targets. Implement the sales process, manage AOP and discretionary budgets, drive market penetration and customer retention, ensure CRM and JD technology use, coordinate cross-functional planning and customer conversations, and support operational and aftermarket initiatives.
