Lead enterprise-level process improvement efforts for DoD/IC programs: design and transfer processes, facilitate and train project teams, coordinate multi-team integration, and support acquisition-phase process engineering and change management.

Develop, maintain, and document software systems: analyze requirements, design and code features, debug and integrate software, assist with test procedures, analyze system flows, and create simple data queries.

Lead IA analyst responsible for managing full lifecycle C&A/A&A using RMF and compliance tools, producing security documentation, guiding assessments (CCRI), leading FISMA reporting, mentoring junior staff, and providing risk-based security recommendations for DoD system integration.

Apply process improvement methodologies to align and improve enterprise-level processes across DoD/IC programs. Facilitate project teams, coordinate cross-team engineering efforts, transfer new processes through facilitation, training, interviewing, and knowledge transfer, and support estimating, planning, and tracking of projects.

Provide full-lifecycle support for complex data systems and networks, offer technical guidance for SIGINT systems and data flows, perform Linux/Unix administration, work rotating 12-hour shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays), and operate effectively in a team and dynamic environment.
