Lead fiscal operations for the External Relations Division by managing procurement, contracts, travel, budgets, and financial data reporting. Drive process improvements, maintain policy compliance, produce dashboards and analyses to support decision-making, provide training and customer support, and collaborate with Financial Services to monitor expenditures and identify cost savings.

Manage and administer the Upward Bound Math & Science grant: plan and implement program activities, ensure compliance and fiscal accountability, recruit and support participants, collect and analyze performance data, supervise staff, develop evaluation plans, coordinate community and school partnerships, and represent the program at professional events and student trips.

Lead and supervise admissions advisors and enrollment coaches to meet enrollment goals. Manage student caseloads, streamline admissions processes, ensure regulatory compliance (FAFSA/FERPA), use software to track progress and report metrics, coordinate outreach/community events, and develop staff training to support student enrollment and persistence.

Partner with campus leaders to deliver HR support across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and culture initiatives. Provide coaching, anticipate workforce needs, maintain HR records/metrics, ensure consistent policy application, and support workforce transitions to improve teammate engagement and organizational outcomes.
