Collaborates with departments statewide to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements while using online applications to maintain accurate records.

Coordinates employee engagement, onboarding, professional development, internal communications, and divisional programs. Develops employee-facing content, newsletters, guides, toolkits, and operational resources; manages scheduling, logistics, tracking, documentation, and reporting. Collaborates with Human Resources, Creative Services, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support organizational culture, communication consistency, protocol maintenance, and continuous improvement. Periodic in-state travel and occasional work outside standard hours may be required for events and operational needs.

The Career Advisor provides individualized, group, and drop-in career advising to students; supports resume writing, job searches, interview preparation, and professional development. The role facilitates career readiness workshops and events, assists with career fairs and employer engagement, collects placement data, and collaborates with faculty, enrollment teams, and career services partners to improve graduate employment outcomes.

Administers a federal grant program from recruitment through reporting, ensuring compliance, fiscal accountability, deliverables, and student outcomes. Manages budgets, invoices, data collection, evaluations, staff supervision, workshops, enrichment activities, and stakeholder relationships. Provides direct services to eligible participants, coordinates with schools and agencies, resolves student issues, and represents the program at professional events. Requires strong organization, project management, communication, and bilingual English-Spanish skills.

Build and expand relationships with statewide employers, industry associations, civic organizations, government entities, donors, and community stakeholders. Lead outreach, partnership development, stewardship, and external engagement activities to grow TSTC’s industry profile and strategic opportunity pipeline. Represent TSTC at events, align internal departments with external relations efforts, support campus expansion, analyze workforce and higher education trends, and identify strategic partnerships that benefit students, employers, and communities.
