Manage marketing strategy, execution, and reporting for multiple master-planned developments. Create print and digital collateral, run and analyze paid campaigns (Google/Meta), optimize websites and lead funnels, manage budgets, produce social content and on-site event materials, attend meetings, and capture photo/video on-site to support sales and visibility.

Support payroll processing by maintaining payroll files, processing updates (hires, terminations, rate changes), resolving payroll inquiries, ensuring compliance with wage and tax laws, handling invoicing and commission/bonus calculations, and assisting with year-end payroll tasks.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO/CIO, managing complex calendars, meetings, correspondence, confidential records, travel and itineraries, meeting minutes, board support, financial and legal filings, office organization, and household/vendor tasks while maintaining strict discretion.
