Develops and implements marketing and communication plans, public awareness initiatives, website content management, copywriting, and content creation across digital and traditional platforms. Coordinates email and lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and collaborates using project management tools. Works under manager direction and may require nights and weekends.

Researches and verifies locations of wastewater facilities and reclaimed lines; answers public inquiries; dispatches stopped-sewer complaints; processes as-built drawings and payroll; maintains maps, files, and asset data using MapWorks and Maintenance Connection; composes reports and correspondence; performs general clerical and customer-service duties with frequent public contact.

Manage the City of Orlando's floodplain and stormwater programs: review permits and H&H models, update maps, ensure regulatory compliance (NFIP, NPDES), lead mitigation projects, oversee FEMA CRS, supervise staff, and support flood response and recovery.

Coordinate the City's Community Rating System (CRS) activities with FEMA and ISO, support NFIP documentation, develop floodplain procedures, review permits, and assist Floodplain Manager to maintain and improve city flood insurance classifications and compliance.
