Performs clerical and records-management duties for the Orlando Police Department, including maintaining confidential police documents, processing public-records requests, conducting background checks, filing, answering phones, handling customer transactions, and maintaining cash-register accuracy. Supports the administration and maintenance of department records systems while exercising judgment in routing and fulfilling requests. A polygraph is required for applicants other than current OPD employees.

Designs, implements, and maintains security architecture for SCADA/OT systems in wastewater operations. Collaborates with IT and Water Reclamation teams to build compliant security controls, advises on best practices, participates in projects and requirements analysis, and mentors junior staff. Manage the City of Orlando's floodplain and stormwater programs: review permits and H&H models, update maps, ensure regulatory compliance (NFIP, NPDES), lead mitigation projects, oversee FEMA CRS, supervise staff, and support flood response and recovery.
