Welcomes and engages YMCA members, conducts membership tours and sales follow-ups, supports retention, leads onboarding and wellness consultations, and connects members with programs. Provides basic fitness equipment guidance, monitors facility safety, processes memberships and payments, conducts community outreach, and builds relationships with local partners. Maintains confidentiality, follows YMCA safety and risk-management policies, and participates in staff meetings, trainings, campaigns, and wellbeing events.

Serve as a frontline ambassador to welcome members, build relationships, conduct onboarding and wellness consultations, promote memberships and programs, meet sales and retention goals, facilitate group connections and fitness support, ensure safety and data integrity, and participate in community outreach and YMCA missions-driven initiatives.

Lead all aspects of a YMCA branch including operations, programs, facilities, staff and volunteer development, budgeting, fundraising, community relations, board development, marketing, and strategic planning to ensure program quality and financial sustainability.
