Provides administrative, operational, and human resources support for a voter contact program office. Responsibilities include employee onboarding and offboarding, compliance support, office supply inventory, payroll data accuracy, resolving pay issues, and assisting the State Operations Director with project operations. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for 50+ hour weeks during peak periods, including evenings and weekends, plus travel to the project location.

Manage and train canvassers for a voter registration program: recruit, supervise, coach, run pre/post-shift briefings, and coordinate with regional directors to meet project goals. Work is field-based and requires long hours and travel within the region.
