Maintain and improve production test systems for MEMS pressure sensor assemblies, support test development and transfers, perform SPC and data analysis, drive yield and quality improvements, create KPI reports, and coordinate cross-functional and supplier test activities.

Develop and implement software and hardware for production and bench-top testing of MEMS pressure sensor systems. Improve and maintain test programs and tester hardware, develop new testers for product releases, support production and subcontractor test operations (some travel), design calibration schemes, analyze test data, and lead test-time and cost-reduction efforts while documenting results in customer-ready reports.

Drive yield and automation improvements for MEMS back-end manufacturing (wafer probing, dicing, AOI, wafer mapping). Use DOE and SPC, support R&D and capital equipment projects, define corrective actions, document process changes, train operators, and ensure process stability within the IATF16949 quality system.
