Leads the hotel sales department, develops sales and marketing plans, sets revenue objectives, manages forecasts and budgets, oversees contracts and billing procedures, and drives business development. The role supervises, coaches, and evaluates sales staff; manages leads, accounts, client relationships, site visits, trade shows, and sales activities; and partners with hotel departments to achieve revenue goals.

Lead the resort sales department to drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing forecasts and budgets, training and directing sales staff, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, coordinating contracts and partnerships, and partnering with F&B provider to maximize catering and group sales.

Responsible for achieving revenue and room-night goals through outside and group sales. Prospecting, negotiating contracts, responding to RFPs, conducting site inspections, coordinating internal teams, attending sales events, and maintaining client relationships for assigned market.
