Lead and operate voice, data, video and security network services across data centers and campuses. Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD, IPAM), monitoring (Solarwinds, NetFlow, Cisco Prime), VPN/MPLS WAN, VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), load balancers (Cisco CSS/CSM, F5 LTM) and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint). Provide 24x7 on-call support, packet-level troubleshooting and equipment installs, support video collaboration, IVR/call center integration, and supplier/site builds.

Maintain and optimize multiple Netezza instances: monitor performance, availability, scalability, and recoverability. Perform installs, upgrades, patches, tuning, capacity planning, security and DR procedures. Conduct SOX and HIPAA IT audits, evaluate controls, recommend remediation for compliance, and collaborate with teams. Role requires UNIX experience and understanding of financial applications.

Design and lead technical solution architecture for deployments, provide technical leadership and consulting, integrate infrastructure components (network, storage, servers, middleware), support Solution Delivery Management processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to ensure optimal environment operation and sustainment.

Monitor, diagnose, and perform initial fault isolation for network, telecom, server, backup, and data center incidents. Triage and escalate tickets, run routine operational monitoring and reporting, handle customer support calls, maintain procedures, and participate in a 24/7 shift rotation (4:00 PM–12:30 AM).

Lead and manage software projects as Scrum Master across multiple teams, delivering initiatives using Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall SDLC. Coordinate stakeholders, improve business processes, transfer knowledge to teams, present to C-level, and multitask throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as Scrum Master for mobile application teams: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage backlog and dependencies, provide metrics and status, support product owners, plan capacity and releases, and drive project delivery using Agile best practices.

Lead mobile QA efforts by establishing testing best practices, evaluating tools, standardizing mobile testing, executing functional and load testing, validating native apps across platforms and devices, testing web services, overseeing on/offshore QA teams, improving automation, and driving defect reporting and escalation.

Manage and implement clinical pharmacy programs to drive adoption of Pharmacy OneSource solutions (notably Sentri7). Evaluate customer workflows, advise on best practices, develop clinical content, support product development, and provide clinical consulting and training to internal and external teams.
