Conduct inbound, pre-qualified video consultations with business owners to evaluate fit, explain services, close qualified prospects, maintain CRM records, and transition new clients to the service team. Prepare clients for bankruptcy evaluations by organizing and reviewing financial documents, drafting pre-filing analyses and client summaries for partner firms, communicating missing information and next steps, updating case-management systems, supporting feasibility and debt-analysis work, and maintaining confidentiality under attorney supervision.

Qualify inbound small-business leads, schedule and confirm consultations, manage pipeline in HubSpot, handle objections, follow up on no-shows, and develop consultative selling skills with paid training and a path to promotion to senior closers.

Lead the Legal Strategy team to create and present Strategic Recovery Roadmaps for clients with SBA EIDL debt. Provide consultative, client-facing legal and financial strategy, coordinate handoffs to partner attorneys/CPAs, support Sales and Marketing with insights, and manage complex bankruptcy, restructuring, asset protection, and tax-related cases.
