Oversee daily inbound receiving operations, including unloading, staging, check-ins, put-away, scheduling, documentation, and discrepancy resolution. Lead and develop receiving associates, allocate labor, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain ERP/WMS transactions, and support inventory accuracy, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
