The Sales Activation Manager drives wine and spirits brand visibility, trial, and sales across Northern New Jersey on- and off-premise accounts. Responsibilities include managing account and distributor relationships, executing activation events and marketing programs, training sales teams and account staff, implementing merchandising and display initiatives, monitoring market trends and rate of sale, ensuring brand-standard execution, and managing budgets. The role requires field sales experience, territory travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and obtaining solicitor permits where applicable.

Execute in-market brand activations and tastings to drive product trial, distribution, and rate-of-sale. Build and maintain customer relationships, support marketing programs, pursue new business, and ensure brand standards across assigned accounts. Travel within territory and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Support Total Wine & More account by developing data-driven selling stories, identifying performance gaps, building annual account plans, creating reporting and sell tools, and aligning distributors and field teams to drive DFWS share growth and execution.

Own and operate a portfolio of brand websites: manage day-to-day operations, platform administration, support, integrations, and performance. Lead redesign projects from discovery through launch, coordinate agencies and stakeholders, manage releases and QA, and troubleshoot site issues. Ensure compliance, security, and governance while improving speed-to-market through hands-on CMS work and backlog prioritization.
