Prepare and appear virtually at WCAB settlement and OSA hearings, maintain and update case files, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve Orders Suspending Action end-to-end, negotiate split fees, and meet weekly hearing-prep, OSA, and client-communication metrics.

Serve as first or co-chair at trials, depositions, mediations, and hearings; develop strategy, supervise junior staff, counsel clients, draft pleadings and briefs, and support business development and regulatory monitoring.

Manage a workers' compensation docket from intake to resolution, prepare and attend depositions, respond to client inquiries, invoice depositions, guide non-attorneys, and collaborate with senior associates and support staff to advance cases toward resolution.

Draft and research motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents in civil litigation. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies, manage assigned workload, and support litigation tasks while maintaining strong organization and client-focused advocacy.

Handle a high-volume workers' compensation caseload: evaluate files, determine strategy and case value, review QME reports, conduct depositions as needed, calculate demands, negotiate settlements, communicate with parties, and travel to trial locations when required.
