Owns, troubleshoots, and improves plant automation, PLC, HMI, electrical, instrumentation, networking, and industrial control systems for beverage production and canning operations. Leads controls projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning, documentation, preventive maintenance, cybersecurity practices, and production-data integration. Partners with maintenance, operations, OEMs, and contractors to improve safety, reliability, throughput, OEE, changeovers, and energy efficiency. Provides plant-floor support, technician training, root-cause analysis, and occasional off-hour assistance.

Lead day-to-day accounting for Krier Foods including AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and ERP implementation support. Supervise staff, drive automation, assist CFO with month-end closings, and ensure GAAP and government compliance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlook; build management reporting and KPI dashboards; analyze margins and cost drivers; support pricing, billing, contract compliance, and reconciliations; partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting; perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ERP/reporting improvements to improve visibility and profitability.
