Support and execute marketing and community outreach initiatives, manage event logistics, maintain promotional materials and marketing calendars, assist digital and traditional campaigns, track activities in CRM, collaborate with clinical and business teams, and represent the organization at local events to boost visibility.

Make in-person visits to physician offices, local businesses, and vendors to build relationships and provide education. Represent the practice with materials and conversations, track and report referral increases in the CRM, attend meetings, produce written reports, meet assigned goals, lift 25-30 lbs, occasionally travel to Houston, and work nights/weekends as needed.
