Supports marketing strategy execution through community outreach, health fairs, educational events, digital marketing, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Maintains marketing calendars, tracks local market trends, represents the practice to community partners, and assists with event logistics and follow-up communications. The role collaborates with physicians, clinical staff, and business development teams and requires local and statewide Texas travel, occasional evenings, and weekends.

Maintains CRM activity records, researches community needs and market trends, supports social media updates, and represents the practice with community partners. The role requires strong communication, organization, networking, local travel, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Support and execute community and digital marketing initiatives: plan events, manage logistics and promotional materials, update social media, track outreach in CRM, coordinate with clinical and business teams, and ensure deadlines are met.

Make in-person visits to physician offices, local businesses, and vendors to build relationships and provide education. Represent the practice with materials and conversations, track and report referral increases in the CRM, attend meetings, produce written reports, meet assigned goals, lift 25-30 lbs, occasionally travel to Houston, and work nights/weekends as needed.
