Develop and deliver Informatica ETL solutions for data warehousing projects: extract from varied sources, design and test mappings, analyze business rules and data issues, produce design artifacts, collaborate across teams, support production, and contribute to estimates and configuration management.

Design, implement and optimize SQL Server data warehouses and data marts; build complex queries, stored procedures and ETL processes; tune performance; create data models, data flow diagrams and solutions patterns; gather requirements, develop reporting/analytics and dashboards; lead technical discussions and mentor a small team; work with SSIS/SSRS/SSAS and integrate with cloud, big data, and analytics tools.

Develop and optimize Hadoop-based ETL using Java MapReduce; work with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Pig, Hive, HBase, Oozie), NoSQL databases (Cassandra/MongoDB), reporting tools (Tableau/Platfora), and Unix. Execute major projects, optimize performance, and communicate with stakeholders.

Contract DevOps engineer responsible for Linux production operations, cloud (AWS) infrastructure, scripting (Bash/Python), monitoring, security and encryption, and supporting highly available 24x7 web service delivery. Work mostly onsite (80%) as part of a small team to operate, tune, and automate infrastructure and deployments.
