Job Description

1.    Document both functional and non-functional requirements, user stories following Agile methodology.
2.    Actively manage backlog of requirements/user stories, constantly grooming feature sets/stories.
3.    Develop an intimate level of knowledge of digital product offering(s) and client base. Understanding the business and developing the ability to analyze and document large amounts of data.
4.    Documents on-going information architecture; mapping changes and updates. Build traceability matrixes or features and functionality.
5.    Proactively contribute the grouping of feature sets into development releases as well as the over-arching digital strategy.
6.    Assist in the development of digital product training programs, developing and maintaining content and electronic training materials. Deliver training to the end client.
7.    Assist in the development of custom on-boarding programs, developing and documenting processes.
8.    Build functional test cases based on Agile user stores and execute and manage functional testing, including QA, UAT and performance. Chronicle and manage defects to resolution.
9.    Manage resources in a matrix fashion near-term and potentially build a team of direct reports long-term.

Qualifications

    Min 5 yrs experience gathering and managing requirements and use case development end to end; from gathering to supporting successful testing and implementation.
    Experience working in complex environments; financial services for example, big data.  
    Experience managing large amounts of complex data; mapping, tracking as it relates to requirements development.
    Experience in documenting complex workflows, story-boarding and developing wireframes preferable.  
    Experience in gathering requirements from, documenting and managing requirements form many multi-national non-co-located groups.  
    Well experienced in waterfall as well as agile methodologies.
