Lead design and execution of a PMO Center of Excellence: create operating models, standardize methodologies and tools, manage portfolio financials, benefits tracking, demand/resource management, dashboards, training, and escalation to ensure delivery excellence across programs and projects.

Design and architect Salesforce solutions including Force.com sites, communities, integrations, APIs, data management, security (Shield), and custom Apex/Visualforce development. Lead requirements, design, development, UAT and deployment, advise stakeholders, and apply Salesforce best practices and enterprise reference architecture.

Administer, install, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for middleware components. Manage Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, message brokers/queues, and integrate application servers with MQ. Start/stop services, perform thread/heap dumps and log analysis, apply patches and upgrades. Use Linux and scripting to automate tasks. Communicate findings and collaborate on issue resolution.

Lead large-scale IT infrastructure projects (end-user device deployments, servers/VMs, LAN/WAN, voice/telecom, data center). Serve as single point of contact; develop charters, plans, schedules, and status reports; run meetings, control scope, coordinate developers and engineers, and deliver projects on time and budget.

Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and AngularJS. Integrate with REST/JSON web services, use Git/GitHub for version control, collaborate with team members, and iterate on UI design. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET; build web apps, Windows services, WPF/WCF and SOA services; design applications and databases; write and optimize Oracle SQL/stored procedures; use modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular; follow SDLC and ITSM processes; translate functional requirements into system requirements.
