Support HP PageWide design engineers by managing parts and BOMs in Windchill, facilitating change processes, ordering and tracking components, and classifying standard parts to enable reuse.

Plan, schedule, order, coordinate and expedite materials through the production cycle. Consolidate forecasts, publish demand, translate forecasts into orders, manage inventory levels, coordinate suppliers and factories, resolve shortages, create Excel reports and analyses, and facilitate interdepartmental communication.

Lead customer engagement and manage corporate, customer, and vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality through planning, control, and team management. Apply intermediate subject-matter knowledge to solve moderately complex problems and follow established project management policies and methods.

Provide remote technical support for HP commercial high-end printers (PageWide XL, Latex, UV), troubleshoot hardware/software, use remote access and ticketing systems, meet SLAs, de-escalate and prioritize customer and reseller issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate and process shipments for PageWide Web Press: validate orders, perform PGI transactions in SAP S4, prepare export/import and ROSA documents, create SharePoint shipment requests, coordinate material staging/crating, monitor freight forwarders, support urgent shipments, archive records, and join logistics team meetings.

Provide advanced general administrative support including records maintenance, scheduling, travel arrangements, presentations, budget assistance, calendar management, greeting visitors, onboarding, and coordinating work across units. Works independently on complex assignments, supports multiple employees, drives projects, and may set methods for new tasks.
