Support execution of weekly ad campaigns, digital promotions, social content, and in-store signage. Help coordinate community events, assist loyalty and CRM initiatives, conduct competitive research, track campaign performance, and provide cross-functional project support in a retail grocery environment.

Lead month-end close and complex accounting areas for a multi-location grocery retailer. Own reconciliations, inventory and fixed-asset accounting, payroll/vendor accounting, audits, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Provide financial analysis, process improvements, internal controls, and mentor junior staff.

Manage and optimize end-to-end digital customer experiences across web, app, email, push, loyalty, and e-commerce. Map customer journeys, reduce friction, run digital promotions and coupons, coordinate merchandising and third-party partners, build email/push campaigns, and track KPIs like digital sales, engagement, and coupon redemption to drive loyalty and omnichannel growth.

Manage daily cash, banking and treasury activities including wires, ACH, reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and fund planning. Develop and implement cash management, investment, and risk mitigation policies. Serve as primary bank and credit card contact, oversee store-level signers, support consolidated financial statement preparation, lead treasury budgeting and forecasting, and supervise a Treasury Analyst.
