Manage and grow Idealease customer accounts for leasing, rentals, and fleet solutions. Serve as primary contact for onboarding, contract execution, vehicle uptime, and renewals. Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams, prepare quotes and proposals, track account metrics in CRM, and support retention and revenue growth.
