Purchase and wholesale vehicles by evaluating market prices, assessing vehicle condition and repair costs, negotiating at auctions, cultivating dealer and auction relationships, and partnering with internal leadership to maintain proper pre-owned inventory levels.

Manage store accounting by maintaining clean books, preparing financial statements and tax remittances, analyzing financials, supervising accounting staff, calculating commissions, safeguarding assets, closing monthly books, and partnering with management to meet budgets and improve performance.

Lead and coach the new-car sales team to meet monthly volume and gross profit goals. Manage customer follow-up and escalations, work with manufacturers on incentives and inventory, recruit and train sales staff, coordinate vehicle deliveries and reconditioning, and partner with Finance to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
