Manage all store sales operations, lead and develop sales staff, optimize inventory and profitability, analyze reports to identify improvements, handle customer negotiations and trade appraisals, and implement company initiatives to drive vehicle sales and store performance.

Sell and structure vehicle financing and F&I products, ensure transactions comply with state and federal regulations, meet product sales targets, handle customer consultations and issues, and maintain high customer service and administrative standards.

Provide excellent customer service to dealership visitors, respond to leads and calls, guide customers through vehicle selection using a needs assessment, coordinate with sales and finance to close deals, prepare vehicles for pickup, complete paperwork and post-purchase follow-up. Work Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.

Provide exceptional customer service and sell vehicles: handle inbound leads and phone calls, assess customer needs, demonstrate features and accessories, coordinate with Sales and Finance to close deals, prepare vehicles and paperwork for pickup, and follow up on post-purchase items.

Lead and develop the Buy Happy sales team to meet monthly volume and gross profit goals, handle customer escalations, recruit and train sales staff, coordinate with finance, service, lenders and manufacturers, and improve front-end sales operations and processes.

Manage all aspects of new-vehicle department operations including associate development, sales strategy, inventory planning, profitability, customer satisfaction, negotiation and desking, trade appraisal, and process improvements to drive store performance.

Provide administrative support to the controller and office team. Maintain confidentiality. Perform clerical tasks (mail, filing, scanning, printing, pulling credit). Support project-based office work and complete other assigned duties.

Greet and assist dealership customers, handle inbound leads and phone inquiries, conduct needs assessments, present vehicles and features, coordinate with sales and finance to close deals, prepare vehicles for pickup, complete paperwork and post-purchase follow-up.

Lead and coach the new-car sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals; manage customer follow-up and escalations; coordinate incentives and inventory with manufacturers; recruit and develop sales staff; oversee vehicle reconditioning and delivery coordination; partner with Finance to optimize sales processes.

Greet customers, manage inbound leads and phone inquiries, assess needs to recommend vehicles, close sales with Sales/Finance managers, prepare and deliver sold vehicles, and handle post-sale paperwork and follow-up.
