Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by greeting visitors, identifying needs, conducting test drives, explaining features, processing paperwork, following up, and meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. Develop and execute sales strategies, oversee the sales process from customer engagement to delivery, recruit and train staff, analyze performance data, and maintain product and market knowledge to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
