Manage daily operations of the collision/body shop including staffing, training, SOP enforcement, budgeting, customer relations, quality control, parts coordination, billing, AR collection, regulatory compliance, and maintaining relationships with insurers and tow services.

Lead and manage new and used vehicle sales team: forecast goals, hire/train/supervise sales staff, set and review objectives, run meetings, ensure compliance, manage records, coordinate with other departments, assist with advertising and vehicle inventory decisions, and support closing deals.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using BDC scripts and CRM, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate system records, communicate between clients and dealership staff, and meet daily and monthly performance goals while following dealership policies.
